E.G. Stratt, LLC is a HUBZone Certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that began operations in June 2007. A year prior to our launch we began establishing strategic partnerships and alliances with leading Information Technology, Imaging, Apparel and Promotional Goods manufacturers and distributors enabling us to supply a wide range of products at extremely competitive prices. Our concern for our environment and the future has prompted us to include ‘eco-friendly’ alternative products and we will continue to add them as they become available. We offer complete customization services of computer equipment to meet any end users requirements and specifications.
Customer service is of the utmost importance to us! We have a highly-motivated staff that is dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients and will do whatever is necessary to insure their satisfaction. All of our in-stock merchandise ships within 24 to 48 hours and most customized items within 5 to 10 working days. We have functional web sites (see Note) for around-the-clock access for ordering convenience and quotation requests. Purchase and lease programs are available and for payment we accept government and personal credit cards, purchase orders, wire transfers and certified checks or money orders. All purchases made from us are compliant with the Small Business Act 15 U.S.C. 644(g).
